Facility Use Application

Application is the first step toward reserving the church facilities. Please make sure to thoroughly read the Facility Use Policy below. The person who applies through this form will be considered the designated liaison. Once form is submitted, Central staff will contact you shortly and discuss the next steps.

Central’s buildings and grounds are sacred spaces set apart for loving God and loving people, and following Jesus together. We desire to bless our community in ways that honor God and one another.

The decision of Central in this regard is final. Central reserves the right to cancel any group or persons should the need arise.
